Having lived for over forty years without the light of imagination, Dora has found photography as a gateway to set her creativity free. Emotions guide her work, transforming sensations into lines, shapes, and colours that reflect her inner world. In her recent projects, she blurs the boundaries between photography and painting, exploring various mediums and techniques to capture the essence of her inspiration. Dora’s journey is one of trusting intuition and nurturing creativity. Through art, she has discovered her true voice. When you gaze upon her images, she invites you to abandon thought and surrender to feeling.
As an artist, she continually seeks to arrest the beauty and essence of life. To experience her photos materialise as they emerge from the printer is truly gratifying — and a source of pride.
Her photos have been featured in solo & group exhibitions in Greece and Italy and in private art collections.
